PRZM - AP MESSAGING
The payment feature in PRZM will be upgraded to allow for payment applications to be electronically communicated to Banner. The main benefit of this upgrade is that the payment application for Construction payments will no longer need to be printed and sent to University Payables. This upgrade will be implemented in three phases:
- April 24, 2014 – Construction payments only. - The date has been changed to April 29, 2014.
- Fall 2014 – PSC Payments and encumbrances.
- Spring 2015 – Additional messaging from Banner to FCPWeb to eliminate the need for manual entry of payment data into FCPWeb.

UPSIDE - NEW VERSION
On April 27, 2014, a new version of Upside (V6.5.9) will be released to add improved functionality and resolve minor issues. Following are some of the changes in this new version of Upside:
- Placeholders will populate automatically; no need to click the Flag.
- Divisions of Work will auto-populate on the Bid Tab for alternates.
- Project Form does not need to be resubmitted with changes, after contract generation.
- Problematic PDF attachments will now display with contracts.
- Document loading and view times have been improved.
- Upside is now compatible with Internet Explorer 9.
- Contract values larger than $1M are now wrapping correctly.
Due to the release, Upside will not be available between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. CST. on April 27, 2014. The link to the new version and the Upside manual have been updated on the UOCP&RES website. The time has been changed to 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
On Sunday, the link to the new version of Upside will be changed on the UOCP&RES website. If you have the link added to your Favorites, you will need to update that link to make sure you properly access the newer version of Upside.

- FCPWeb Job Aids
The FCPWeb manuals for the Financial Manager and Business Manager have been replaced with Job Aids. These Job Aids are listed alphabetically, by task, and can be located by going to the Training & Development tab on the UOCP&RES website.
- Training & Development Website
The T&D Website has been redesigned! The site now features expandable links where you and your customers can easily access Job Aids, Reference Guides, and Web-Based Training for each Capital system. Check it out!
