Sample Standard Contracts, Forms and Procedures
- Invitation for Construction Bid: Standard document that is used for advertisement on the Illinois Public Higher Education Procurement Bulletin website.
- Notice of Contract for Professional Services: Standard letter issued when a Professional Services Consultant selection has been approved by the Board of Trustees.
- Notice of Contract Award: Standard letter issued when a Construction Contract is awarded.
- Change Order/Amendment over $50,000: Standard document used to issue approved Change Orders (Construction Contract) or Amendments (Professional Services Agreement).
